We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Original packaging must be included.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Mermaid Money is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly. The customer is responsible for return shipping and items must be unworn and in original condition, which is a common way small jewelry businesses limit abuse while still offering reasonable customer protection.

Shipping Locations

Mermaid Money currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mermaid Money is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and contents.
